1. Information We Do Not Collect

We respect your confidentiality and data ownership:

• Document Content: We do NOT collect, inspect, transmit, or store the contents of your PDF files, text edits, converted documents (Word/Excel), or digital signature graphics.
• Personal Files: All rendering, OCR conversion, page organization, and signature stamping are performed locally using your device's native processing power.

2. Information We Collect and Process

We only collect the minimal technical data necessary to provide software licensing and customer support:

• License Verification Data: When activating a lifetime or trial license, our client communicates securely via TLS/HTTPS with https://licencias.xelarisapp.com. We transmit an anonymous cryptographic device hash and the license key to validate authenticity.
• Optional AI Document Assistant: If you explicitly choose to use the AI Document Assistant feature, only the specific text snippet you request to summarize or translate is sent encrypted to the AI processing API. This text is not retained or used to train third-party machine learning models.
• Customer Support: If you contact us via email, we store your inquiry and email address solely to assist you and resolve technical questions.

3. Device Permissions (Android & Windows)

Our applications request the following system permissions solely for core functionality:

• Camera (Android): Used strictly when you take a photo of a document using the Document Scanner feature to convert it to PDF locally.
• Storage / Read Media: Required to open, edit, save, and export PDF documents on your device.
• Internet Access: Used exclusively to check license validity and fetch dynamic software updates.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal information or document data with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.

5. Security of Your Information

All network communications between our software and licensing servers are strictly encrypted using standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption. We employ industry-standard RSA-2048 cryptographic signatures to prevent tampering.

6. Children's Privacy

Our software is designed for general audiences and business productivity. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion or disconnection of any registered license key associated with your email address at any time by contacting our support team.

Respetamos tu total confidencialidad y propiedad de datos:

• Contenido de Documentos: NO recopilamos, inspeccionamos, transmitimos ni almacenamos el contenido de tus archivos PDF, ediciones de texto, documentos convertidos ni firmas.
• Archivos Personales: Todo el visor, conversión OCR, división de páginas y estampado de firmas se ejecuta localmente usando el hardware de tu propio equipo o celular.

2. Información que recopilamos y procesamos

Únicamente recopilamos los datos técnicos mínimos necesarios para la activación de licencias:

• Validación de Licencias: Al activar el software, la aplicación se comunica de forma cifrada (HTTPS/TLS) con https://licencias.xelarisapp.com transmitiendo un identificador anónimo de dispositivo y la clave de licencia para verificar su autenticidad.
• Asistente de IA (Opcional): Si decides usar la función de asistente IA para resumir un documento, solo el fragmento de texto seleccionado se envía cifrado para su procesamiento temporal, sin ser guardado ni usado para entrenar modelos de IA.
• Soporte Técnico: Si nos escribes por correo, guardamos tu consulta únicamente para brindarte asistencia técnica.

3. Permisos del Dispositivo

• Cámara: Utilizada únicamente cuando decides escanear un documento físico para convertirlo a PDF de forma local.
• Almacenamiento: Requerido para abrir, editar y guardar archivos PDF en tu computadora o teléfono.
• Acceso a Internet: Usado exclusivamente para validar la clave de licencia y verificar actualizaciones.

4. Protección de Datos y No Comercialización

Nosotros NO vendemos, alquilamos ni compartimos tu información personal ni tus documentos con terceros ni con redes publicitarias.
